Fizzu Voice ("the App") is published by MeetManagerX, a developer of apps and games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use Fizzu Voice. We built this policy to meet the requirements of the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the User Data and Permissions & APIs policies.

By downloading, installing, or using Fizzu Voice, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information that is necessary to provide and improve the App. We minimize data collection by design and do not sell your personal information.

• Audio/voice recordings: When you use the voice features, the App may record or process audio locally on your device. Recordings are stored on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
• Device information: We may collect non-personal device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version to diagnose crashes and improve compatibility.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics (for example, feature usage and error logs) to help us improve the App.
• Advertising identifiers: If the App displays ads, we may collect advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and use them in accordance with Google Play policies. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Account information: Fizzu Voice does not require you to create an account. If optional account features are added in the future, we will collect only the information needed for those features and update this policy.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide the core voice and audio features of the App.
• To improve performance, stability, and user experience.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

4. Permissions We Request

Fizzu Voice may request the following permissions. We request only permissions that are strictly necessary for the App to function, in compliance with Google Play's Permissions & APIs Policy.

• Microphone / Record Audio: Required to record your voice and provide voice effects. Audio is processed locally whenever possible.
• Storage / Files: Required to save recordings to your device or export them. We do not access files you do not explicitly choose to share.
• Camera (if applicable): Only used when a feature explicitly requires video. We do not access the camera without your permission.
• Internet / Network: Used to download updates, analytics, or advertising content. Core voice features work offline.

You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking essential permissions may limit the App's functionality.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited situations:

• Service providers: We may use trusted third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or cloud storage. These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect your data.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.

MeetManagerX may also process data across its apps and games to maintain shared infrastructure, improve security, and deliver consistent service. Each app follows its own privacy policy and only shares what is necessary for these operational purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Audio recordings are primarily stored locally on your device. Any data transmitted to our servers or third-party services is protected using industry-standard encryption during transmission.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You can delete recordings and other locally stored data at any time through the App or your device settings. If you contact us to request deletion of any data we hold, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

Fizzu Voice is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
